This evaluation report provides program and baseline resident data for the period of May 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020 for the Hale Mauliola Emergency Shelter program (HMO) facilitated by the Institute for Human Services, I.H.S. This external evaluation was conducted by researchers at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Data includes program archival data, Homeless Management Information System data, and monthly survey data.
