This report is part of a series of reports commissioned by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and the City of Honolulu in collaboration with the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and Partners in Care (PIC) to investigate the unsheltered population and homelessness service use patterns on Oʻahu. This report is a first step toward this second aim and takes a look at the characteristics of homelessness services utilizers, examining differences in program types and exit destinations by user characteristics, such as race and household type (families, adults only, unaccompanied children).
